These terms govern your use of incctokyo.com and, where relevant, your participation as a performer, sponsor or volunteer with INCC (Indo Nihon Cultural Committee). By using this site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms.

Using this site

• Event, performer and sponsor listings are provided for general information and may change without notice.
• You must provide accurate information in any form you submit — performance requests, sponsorship interest, volunteer sign-ups and contact messages.
• Content on this site may not be copied or republished without INCC's permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Submitting a request

Submitting a performance, sponsorship, volunteer or contact request does not guarantee acceptance. INCC reviews every submission and will follow up by email or phone. INCC may decline a request, or a confirmed slot may be adjusted for programming, safety, venue or scheduling reasons.

Performer accounts

Approved performers receive portal credentials directly from INCC — there is no public account sign-up. Credentials are personal to the performer or group contact and should not be shared. Music and other files uploaded to the portal must be your own work, or work you have the rights to perform and share for the purpose of the event.

Conduct at events

Performers, sponsors, volunteers and attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward organisers, fellow participants and the public. INCC may remove any participant whose conduct endangers others, disrupts an event, or breaches these terms.

Media and content

Photography and video are commonly taken at INCC events for promotional and archival use. Where a performance requires separate media consent, this is collected at application — see our Media Consent policy.

Liability

Information on this site is provided in good faith and without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, INCC is not liable for losses arising from reliance on this site's content or from participation in an INCC event, beyond what is covered by any applicable event insurance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
