Bringing the essence of India to Japan through wellness, movement, and creative cultural expression, Purvi Jhaveri has spent over a decade building bridges between two cultures.

Purvi Jhaveri is a Japan-based wellbeing entrepreneur, creative director, and cultural practitioner with extensive experience in yoga, meditation, Bollywood dance, fitness, and Indian–Japanese cultural exchange. She founded Abundance in Kobe in 2015 and established Abundance Lifestyle Co., Ltd. in 2023, creating a platform that brings together holistic wellness, movement, retreats, and cultural experiences.

Since 2015, she has served on the organising committees of India Mela Kobe and International Yoga Day Kansai, contributing to large-scale cultural and wellness events, including yoga gatherings with over 1,000 participants. With experience working alongside international institutions and corporate organisations, including McKinsey, she has also played an active role in introducing and promoting Bollywood dance and Indian culture across Japan.

Over the past three years, Purvi has expanded her creative direction into fashion and performing arts, directing and producing fashion shows in Kobe that bring together Indian aesthetics, movement, music, and storytelling. Through creative ventures such as Sacred Vogue, she continues to explore the intersection of Indian heritage, fashion, dance, music, and contemporary artistic expression.

Her upcoming production, MYSTERIOUS INDIA — Unveiling Beyond Time & Space, marks another significant milestone in this journey: an ambitious musical experience that brings together live music, dance, fashion, and theatrical storytelling to present the many dimensions of India in a way audiences in Japan have rarely experienced.

With over a decade of experience in wellness, yoga, meditation, Bollywood dance, and creative movement, Purvi Jhaveri is the founder of Abundance, established in Kobe in 2015, and Abundance Lifestyle Co., Ltd. (2023).

A core member of the International Day of Yoga organising committee since 2013, she has contributed to major cultural initiatives in Japan, including India Mela Kobe and large-scale community yoga events.

She has collaborated with international organisations and institutions, including McKinsey, St. Michael’s International School, and Canadian Academy, delivering wellness and movement programmes. With nine years of experience at Gold’s Gym, she has also played an active role in bringing Bollywood dance, Indian performing arts, and holistic wellness to diverse audiences across Japan.

For the past three years, she has been directing and producing fashion shows in Kobe, exploring the intersection of fashion, movement, music, and storytelling. Her upcoming production, MYSTERIOUS INDIA — Unveiling Beyond Time & Space, premiering in December 2026, marks an exciting new chapter in her creative journey. プルヴィ・ジャヴェリは、日本を拠点に活動するウェルビーイング分野の起業家、クリエイティブディレクター、文化活動家です。ヨガ、瞑想、ボリウッドダンス、フィットネス、そして日印文化交流など、幅広い分野で豊富な経験を有しています。

2015年に神戸で「Abundance」を創設し、2023年には「Abundance Lifestyle Co., Ltd.」を設立。心と身体の健康を総合的に捉えるホリスティック・ウェルネスを中心に、身体表現、リトリート、文化体験を融合させた多彩な活動を展開しています。

2015年からは「インディア・メーラー神戸（India Mela Kobe）」および「国際ヨガデー関西（International Yoga Day Kansai）」の運営委員として活動し、1,000人以上が参加する大規模なヨガイベントをはじめ、数多くの文化・ウェルネスイベントの企画・運営に携わってきました。

また、マッキンゼー（McKinsey）を含む国際的な機関や企業との協働経験を持ち、日本各地でボリウッドダンスやインド文化の魅力を紹介し、その普及と発展にも積極的に貢献しています。

近年の3年間では、活動の領域をファッションや舞台芸術へとさらに広げ、神戸を中心に、インドの美意識、ダンス、音楽、ストーリーテリングを融合させたファッションショーの演出・プロデュースを手がけています。

「Sacred Vogue」をはじめとするクリエイティブなプロジェクトを通じて、インドの伝統文化とファッション、ダンス、音楽、現代アートが交差する新しい芸術表現の可能性を追求し続けています。

そして、次なる大きな挑戦となるのが、新作プロダクション **「MYSTERIOUS INDIA — Unveiling Beyond Time & Space（神秘のインド ― 時空を超えて、その魅力を解き明かす）」** です。

本作品は、ライブ音楽、ダンス、ファッション、演劇的なストーリーテリングを融合させた壮大なミュージカル体験です。インドが持つ多面的な魅力、豊かな歴史、精神性、そして現代的な創造性を、日本の観客がこれまでに体験したことのないような新しい形で表現することを目指しています。
